Flying Inspiration help women to discover their inner beauty and wisdom by helping them to reconnect with their menstrual cycle and see it as their guidance to bliss and fulfilment.
Most of women have been educated in a men run society, therefore with little or no awareness of their body which works in cycles rather than in a linear way as well as their mind.
By sharing my knowledge of the menstrual cycle and the mind I open women up to a new way of living which is more organic and congruent with the female energy and body.
I also help men to become familiar with the female cycle to be able to understand and support their partners and to achieve better intimate relationships.

I haven't always been so strong and independent, I went through turbulent times myself, but I turned my life challenges into my life training to be able one day to share my experience with other women, so that they can be in their control tower too.
You can fly through fog, turbulence, clouds and strong wind when you have your inner sat nav working properly, you just take off anyway and fly!
