Flying Inspiration is a space where you can explore your inner potential.

Flying Inspiration help women to discover their inner beauty and wisdom by helping them to reconnect with their menstrual cycle and see it as their guidance to bliss and fulfilment.

Most of women have been educated in a men run society, therefore with little or no awareness of their body which works in cycles rather than in a linear way as well as their mind.

By sharing my knowledge of the menstrual cycle and the mind I open women up to a new way of living which is more organic and congruent with the female energy and body.

I also help men to become familiar with the female cycle to be able to understand and support their partners and to achieve better intimate relationships.

I hold monthly one day workshops called "Flying Solo I" in Berkhamsted or in any location I am asked in UK and abroad.

My message is: from pain to sustainable bliss!
  
 
 
I haven't always been so strong and independent, I went through turbulent times myself, but I turned my life challenges into my life training to be able one day to share my experience with other women, so that they can be in their control tower too.
You can fly through fog, turbulence, clouds and strong wind when you have your inner sat nav working properly, you just take off anyway and fly!

My mission is to create Flying Inspiration Centres all around the world where women in desperate need and with no means can find help to explore their inner potential, discover their dreams and create the life they want.
 
With good visibility and clarity of vision there is no need to stay in the hangar, you want to fly!
And fly as high as possible!
 
Where relaxation and beauty are present anything is possible!
 
When you have a clear mind and an open heart, you use your inner compass and results follow quickly.
